Business Bootcamp launches January 2026, and it’s not your average workshop, seminar, or “sit-and-take-notes” situation. This is hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, game-changing training designed to sharpen your strategy and strengthen your success.
Whether you’re starting a business or you’ve been grinding for five years or more, this program is intentionally crafted to help small business owners stabilize, grow, and thrive in today’s fast-moving marketplace.
What Is Business Bootcamp?
Business Bootcamp is an 8-month intensive program built to help entrepreneurs fine-tune their operations, strengthen leadership skills, and build a business that truly works, not just one that keeps you busy.
Participants will meet once a month for a 6-hour session, diving deep into topics that make or break a small business: financial foundations, customer experience, marketing strategy, operations, leadership, and long-term planning. Each session is led by local experts, community partners, and seasoned professionals who understand what it takes to succeed right here in the Texas Panhandle.
Who Should Apply?
This program is designed for two groups of business owners:
New businesses less than 2 years old, ready to build a strong foundation
Established businesses 5 years or older, ready to level up, expand, or reinvent
If you're hungry for growth, tired of going it alone, and committed to investing in your business, this is where you belong.

How to Apply
Applicants will submit:
A Letter of Intent outlining your business goals, mission, vision, community impact, barriers, and how you would use $5,000
A completed Business Bootcamp Application, including business credentials such as EIN and Articles of Incorporation
All selected participants must commit to attending all 8 sessions from January through August 2026.
